are the forum users going to be allowed to create or chose from a list of avatars for under their name??

having an avatar is a common thing on forums.
avatars are images users can put under their user name. it's shown on every post they do.

it's not necessary but it's cool and fun.. it gives people more of an identity

i noticed there's a slot for avatars in the profile.. but it doesn't seem possible to add them from my attempts...

is there a way to add them or were they disabled?? hehehe
