Box Routine

For all those silly questions.

Box Routine

Postby Wheeler on Sun Aug 16, 2009 4:52 am

I've been doing a bit of work on a girl at work and ran Papa's box routine and the c-shape u-shape smiles routine and she loved it! Does anyone know any other routines sorta like this? I've been doing a bit of research into Palm reading and reckon it'll help. Any ideas :?:

You can do The Cube on her, be sure to ask if she has heard about it beforehand though as the routine has become more popular.
Confidence or competence? I'll take both.

you can use the finger length routine, which actually has some biological proof behind it. it allows you to cold read her personality.

the only other routine i use beside the finger length is geared toward groups of girls such as the best friend test.

there are, however, some compliance tests i'll use from time to time that i suppose you could call a routine. it's not like the box, cube, or palm reading ones, but they are preplanned. they're mostly physical type things in which i ask her to do something as apposed to think something.

Some good ideas in here, but I'd offer this:

You mentioned you've been "doing a bit of work on a girl at work"? Watch yourself. If you're consistently coming to her and gaming her over time vs in one hit, AND you're always coming up with clever little games and tests and the like, you are seriously running the risk of becoming the entertainer to her.

These routines are good to build up a fascination in a woman, but too many and you end up becoming a dancing monkey, this is magnified if this is occurring over a long period of time. So watch yourself, and don't let it happen. If you've captured her interest, then start building something real, not just showing her cool things, or you'll lose her.

As Future said once "Women may like the entertainer, but they want to fuck the seducer." That's a crass analogy, but it's true, the guy who gets the girl, is not the one who can make her laugh, it's the one that attracts and seduces her. Often, the ones who make them laugh become the ones on the sidelines waiting for the girl to "change her mind" or to "give me a try" and wondering why they cant get her.

It's an easy trap to fall into as an aspiring pua. We get a girl going, and get excited by it. Then we begin to seek that validation, and we try to obtain it by engaging more and more in the behavior that initiated the response in the first place. Too much of it though and you become a shiny object with no substance. Make sure you're showing her something more as well, and demanding that she show you more of herself too - escalate the interactions and make sure that they're not just 'fun', but that they're propelling you toward your goal of getting the girl.

Be careful :)

this right here is the quote of the year imo. anyone wanting to learn about seduction from a pua perspective should memorize this idea and keep it in their conscious mind at all times. i've known this for some time and october will mark my 2nd year of being in this community, yet i still must remind myself of this. in person i'm no longer (well, rarely) a victim of it, as i tend to go much more natural, but i've fallen victim to this just recently when trying out some facebook game.

i also remember setting up day twos with a few girls and memorizing all sorts of gambits i could use on the girl then night before to make myself seem really interesting and set myself apart from other guys. the day twos went awesome, but i had nothing to follow up with after that. i was just memorizing routines and gambits and not really being myself so i ended up running out of material. in essence i wasn't able to stay congruent with the previous date so in comparison to the day two, the third and fourth interactions were dull and boring. this instance occurred a little over a year ago, but i must still remind myself to be the seducer not the entertainer.
