I watched Season 2 Episode 2 last night and I was impressed... What anxiety?... I thought the Nipple Challenge was crazy and decided I had to try to do the challenge... Hey what the heck, if she wants to touch my nipple I'm sweet with that

Woke up this morning and got cleaned and dressed as quickly as I could. Takes me about an hour to get ready (It took me five minutes to get ready before I got game) Walked into the city centre to try this shit out as well as doing direct sarges.

I done 12 sarges. 3 sarges I told them they were fuckin' sexy and 2 sarges I told them they were soo fit. I thought the nipple challenge was funny as fuck. The first girl I tried the nippple challenge with was like why and I told her it was a challenge and all and she was like nah (I think she was in two minds of doing it). I thought it was hilarious that she even considered it. The next four girls just blew me out and one of them looked totally disgusted, soo fuckin' funny. I told the next girl about the challenge and asked her would she touch my nipple and she did, then I said, "no no no no no, that doesn't count" *lifted up my T-shirt* "you have to actually touch my nipple" and she did, so I hugged her and went on my merry way. Next I approached a 2-set of girls and just as I was about to launch into the challenge some fella interrupted the set (the AFC inside me said "it's too late" and the PUA said "STFU and say it") so I said to the girls would one of them touch my nipple and their male mate laughed and goes "go on! you have to touch his nipple like!" and the hottest one jumped off the seat and I lifted up my T-shirt and she touched my nipple (so I high-fived her and went on my way, maybe I should have improvised). It's a shame I didn't record it, but hey, I enjoyed the challenge.

I gotta use the "You're All Pretty Cute" Direct Opener on sets!

Iamtheprize, that's awesome! Props for going out there and getting it done man. More people need to pop their social bubbles and get out there.

bonus level 1.1

I think an extension to this level, would be to say "hi, hows it going" or a variation to just only women or mixed sets. Cause in the end you going to have to do this when attracting them.

bonus level 1.2

If you got it real bad talking to women, which can happen, its no biggie, just have a conversation with girls who work in shops. and really any service industries. normal conversation only, like "what shirt you recommand?" things that are related to thier job. once you feel comfortable, you will be able to crack some jokes (ala cocky-funny).

bonus level 1.3

another idea is to desensitive yourself to beautiful women, i think mystery said this. So go to clubs and bars or places where there are a lot of hot women. So u get used to it. you could even do the nipple touch technique there, but might get u thrown out of the club, happened to me!!!

This is far out, but will have a great story to tell. Dress up in a dress, a wig, high heels (not neccessary). You just got to dress wierd. So you will be getting lots of attention from everyone. Just walk around town or shopping mall, maybe one you dont go to often. Talk to people, enjoy yourself.

this will definitly beat your fear of thinking everyone is watching you, cause by the end you want care what others are thinking about u. This is essential cause reallly beautiful girls go through this their whole life, and if u are to be successful with women, people will notice you approaching women and u gotta be comfortable doing it. Plus you will get loads of conversations started.

I do feel comfortable talking to beautiful women and I do dress stylish. I mainly do day game and I'm pretty good at keeping the conversation going with cool girls. BTW I'm not Mentalist; I'm IAmThePrize.

thought i wud share this it is on the approachanxiety website dated the 20/07/08:

O.K. I did it-

there was a group of seven girls who were sitting in the park and I could see they were talking to two guys. So once they finished these two guys were lingering around them so I went over wodering whther I was going to aproach or not and I as I did so I did the "nipple test" where I ask them to touch my nipple.

But one of the girls went "eeeewwwww get away" and they laughed and I just said "ok thanks."

I did that becuase I heard it was a step beyond saying "hi" to them. I don't know what made me approach just the will power

As I turned back round I could see them stiring at me.

Didn't feel embarrassed what's so ever and I am going to try that a again with confidence.

And I hope I can see them again because then they will remember me and probably come over to me and ask me why.

But just incase I fall into habits what do i do now I mean it was probably the most awkard situation???? I am pleased those :>

In my opinion you succeeded in the challenge because you acted and didn't hesitate. You should feel happy about the situation because you are in the learning process, in field, and that's what it's about.

Tip:
You don't have to leave straight away, you can follow it up with a joke to disarm the pressure, then carry on with some chit chat. If your try all this and they are looking at you as if you have two heads then have some self-respect and leave. Just as your about to leave you can either lower their value "yous are bores!" (if they're being dciks), be playful "yous are no fun!" (challenge), or be positive "enjoy your day!" (cool).

i like what IAmThePrize says here about lowering their value before you leave.. they are boosting their value by being bitches, might as well do the same thing to them by boosting yours and lowering theirs.


i'm afraid of doing this challenge because i'm afraid to get in trouble for sexual harassment in the states... !!

Hey canibus1990, this is a great idea, although I am not sure if it will work. I did a similar experiment a year ago. Went to the mall in a ski mask, got lots of attention. Negative and positive, even bought some clothes wearing the mask, lol. The sales cashier seemed to ignore it after a while, also found out that some guys were totally intimidated, so strange. The experience left me totaly exhausted, the thing is there lots of people look at you like you are wierd. Don't know if its good to be constantly getting weird looks, like something is wrong with you. Won't your subconscious get the wrong idea? Think it would be much more helpful to go into an improv class, where you have to improvise infront of a crowd. To improvise properly you also have to not give a shit. Hmm... perhaps I will try the wig idea, hot pink and go shopping. heh.. crazy fun..

ski mask...? if youre robbing a bank then yeah

ski mask is not the best thing to wear when walking around. impressions of a robber is not a good thing to be associated wiht. but it s good to get comfortable with people starin at you. Cause being an attractive man, means people will noticce you.

the point of this exercise, is not to get girls, its to help you in the process of reducing your AA.
