Most people who have problems with attracting women, dating etc. Comes down to two main things. There are probably other factors to Like When to escalate etc.

1) fear of rejection, shyness, etc - in opening and escalating the interaction i.e. increasing or starting kino, go for the kiss, inviting her out, asking her number etc

or

2) Dont know what to say or how to say iti.e. how to open, how to maintain conversation, ask for number, what to say on phone, how to show attractive qualities.

Number (1) is basically inner game, what Jack was doing wiht the later vids,

Number (2) comes down to conversation skills, which you build up by having a social llife, having and communicating with lots of people.

This site has some great conversational ideas, for general conversations, not attracting women. But you can use them any way. remember those who are good socially (politicians are the top dogs here) get loads of girls.
