So I present you all with a fitness challenge!
THE CHALLENGE:
If you choose to accept this challenge take a picture of what you look like right now shirtless. Then search the net and find your ultimate goal body, and post that picture as well.
Then I want you to take an update photo every 2 weeks to show your progress towards that goal.
I'm gonna' start this challenge my self and put a photo of what I look like right this second!
I've been sick recently with a nasty virus, so I haven't been eating much or hitting the gym at all causing me to lose a crap load of weight/muscle. In other words I've gotten way out of shape! Even before this I hadn't been working out as much as I should have. In fact I haven't worked out regularly in the past 5 months. I've simply been doing one day a week, and only two exercises that day (bench press and bicep curls). I know, being a fitness trainer I'm a great example of someone who's committed to staying in shape! NOT.

Aahh! It's shameful. Guys I promise after you take your before picture just looking at it will be enough for you to wanna' change.
Here's what I want to look like:
EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATES in this challenge will get 100% free personalized workout advice for their specific body build (including their unique brand of muscle fiber and main body type) as well as all their questions answered along the way to building their ultimate body.
I charge $70 per hour when I train clients at the gym. I'm also considering starting up a website directed to training clients via the internet. You should TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS!!!
Everyone who participates gets FREE workout advice, eating tips, and personalized attention from a Certified Personal trainer who's been involved in the industry for over 6 years - ME!
What you have to do is simple, follow the instructions, which are as follow:
1) start your own post and name it "insert your name's Fitness Challenge"
2) in your first post include a photo of you topless like I just did, and second post a photo of your ideal body.
3) Include your weight, height, and current eating habits. As well as your current level of knowledge in regards to fitness.
4) wait for me to view your post and reply, giving you unique workout/dieting advice based on my assessment of your photo and then start your damn training!
5) every 2 weeks post a new picture of your progress. And also, feel free to ask questions anytime under your topic along the way. That's what I'm here for, helping you reach the goal.
Why the fuck am I doing this for you dudes?
Simple, I need some hardcore motivation to get the ultimate body I've never had before. I have the knowledge on how to get it, but the drive is definitely NOT there (when you can attract chicks without using your body's help the want for an awesome body becomes a chore) Watching you dudes go at it and get results will keep me in the rat race to reaching my own goal!
