I know guys, the title is insane. But I feel pretty insane right now. I recently went on this mission of transformation, and one of the things I always wanted was a very masculine jaw line. I don't think there is much more attractive on a man than a really well defined jaw (think batman jaw). So I decided about 3 weeks ago I was going to design exercises that would work my jaw muscles, and ultimately give me a thicker jaw line!

Long story short, in three short weeks it has WORKED! I am absolutely blown away by the results, I showed the pictures to girls over msn and they were like WTF, you are Sooo hawt now! Doing the exercises not only defined my jaw line, but it also tightened the skin up all in that area, making my chin appear to be bigger and thicker too! I feel very sexy right about now, and I did all this in 3 short weeks with an exercise I INVENTED out of scratch! Nothing proves a point like a before/after photo, so here we go!

NOTE - I will include multiple photo's so you can see it's not FAKE, and I would also like to note my weight is the same in these pictures, so it's not that I simply got thinner. You will be able to see how thickening the muscles around my jaw has made the symmetry in my entire face even out! None of these photo's have been altered at all, in fact they are all snap shots taken from video I have. When my new video's come out you'll be able to see the video for your self, so you'll know for a fact nothing has been altered in the after shots. If you think the before shots have been altered, the pictures I used I took straight from video's on my site! So you can simply look at them.

Awesome results Jack! BTW checkout www.wellbeing.tk and go to strength then jaw for 2 jaw exercises (also checkout neck too if you like). The website has some seduction stuff on there too and I'll be adding penis enlargement exercises soon.

Those two exercises wont' get you far fast, that's for sure. What I've created is tons better than that. After my jaw exercises are done It hurts to eat the next day! You know it's been worked.

Who came up with that stuff on that site?

That's true, you don't really feel the burn from those exercises at all but I suppose it'll prep them for whatever awesome jaw workout routine you'll be releasing :) I really didn't think that jaw exercises could have such an effect, not only that it will decrease the probability of you getting knocked out in a fight (if someone ever throws a dig at you). Even though we've got psychology :)

I compiled the website for free but the material was collected from other sources (if the owners ask me to take the material down, I'll just remake it with my own photos, just wanted to get the foundations laid out first). The website is far from finished and it shall be getting updated every so often, so make sure to check it out again for more updates.

BTW I like the new video you posted, approaching them at a restaurant with "I like salad" lmao mad bastards. The new fella looked like he enjoyed himself :) and that is the most important thing, and he also got a number close, the artist! I bet you helped him out a wee bit :P Good stuff mate, keep up the vids in the future. Wish you and you're new wingmate all the best on your journey!

Your jaw line will naturally get bigger with the more muscle mass you naturally put on. Doin martial arts helps as well - all the scar tissue ;)

Lol that website is funny. Just so most people know who are reading here and trying to get rid of fat.. yeah you can get extra muscle in certain places by training that spot. But spot reduction in fat is mostly bs. YOur body will deside which area to get fat from to burn. Every body has it's own sweet spot for storing fat first and a spot for retreiving fat to burn first.

That's why it's so hard to get rid of those fat spots most people have.

I see fat people in the gym all the time trying to get their abs trained to get rid of that fat on their stomacs. While they should just be using a combination of weights & cardio for their entire body.

True Mr, heavy compound lifts and interval training cardio for the win, crunches are the last thing some people should be focusing on.

I see a lot of people who want to avoid the diet part of the whole formula. Bottom line. If you have a gut, it doesn't matter how many crunches etc. you can do, you will not develop a six pack. If you have excessive body fat, you'll find it very hard to develop definition anywhere on your body. That's not meant to discourage anyone in any way, it's meant to say if you know you have a "little extra" to love, and you want to get in better visible shape, then you need to bite the bullet and take a look at a diet plan that helps you drop pounds WHILE you put on muscle.
