I had to make one of these bad boys as well, to show you all I'm still hardcore into this.

For the fitness challenges I have not responded to, I will get to you shortly! I apologize for the delay.

Here's my before picture.

Here's my Goal Picture:

As for my diet and workout plan, well, I'm not about to give up my secrets. I must admit, I've been at this for 2 weeks now, and the change I've seen HAS been minimal, yet noticeable. I will post my current progress in a moment. I realized I need to step it up a notch, and quit all my slacking off. This is a picture that's taken literally after only 4 workouts later.

I know the lighting isn't exactly the same as the first pic, unfortunately my room is beside a window and now it's dark out. But it's close enough.

I am a TINY bit bigger, and my abs are starting to come out. But this is only after exactly 15 days from the first shot, and only 4 workouts, to boot I'm barely following my own diet plan! At this rate I'm not reaching my goal anytime soon. That's the beauty of taking pictures every 15 days. You get to see if you've ACTUALLY been serious about this! You can't bull shit your way through a picture. It just snaps what it sees, no further interpretation is done by the camera, no rationalizations, the camera is able to see FAR more than we could ever want to (usually literally lol!)

Wait till you guys see the next 15 days. I'm going to tear it up and apply all my little secrets and tricks.

IF you want to join the challenge, please read the post titled "Fitness Challenge," the details are included there!

JACK IS LAZY!

Since I started my "fitness challenge" I was smacked in the face with an event in my life which caused an amount of stress like I never dealt with before. It got so bad I wasn't even able to swallow FOOD! that's right, my throat wouldn't let it down. I'd be starving and trying to eat and just start choking.

The bad news it, it made it so I couldn't work out at all during this time. And since I started working out again 3 weeks ago, I have had a massive hit in the strength department, losing over 30 pounds off my bench press (well, more like 40... but who's counting)

The good news! Since I could barely eat I have practically NO body fat. I'd imagine I'm sitting in the 3% body fat range. If you can achieve this body fat range (possible, yet VERY difficult) then this is what happens even when you stop working out - see below image:

I'm starting back up again since my stressful life event has passed by me. And yes, I can now swallow food again! So I'll be able to pound some muscle on and get my strength back. I think it's amazing that I actually look BETTER yet I'm far weaker and in real life, much smaller in all area's. Definition can be pretty deceitful!

I don't know if it's the pictures. But it looks like you should do the bench press "lower" like lower the barbell towards your nipple in stead of your higher chest / throat. It seems (not sure) as if your pushing the bench from the shoulders in stead of the chest.

Also is that a huge tricep? Or is that your back lol, can't see.

Not saying I'm perfect and when I post pictures plz by all means correct me or give your comments :)

That's a tricep, people call the spot you're talking about the "horseshoe." I was blessed with some nice genetics in the triceps department, they explode out pretty nicely.

I'm unsure what you mean about bench press. What matters is the angle you are laying, e.g. flat bench, incline, or decline. Generally speaking flat bench works the "middle area," decline the "bottom area," and incline the top. No matter what the area of the chest you are working, the bar should always be lowered right beneath the nipple in a controlled manner. And do not touch the chest, hold about an inch above. All the way down can injure your anterior deltoids over time.

Here's to show you all that I'm serious about it this time! I'm getting the body of the guy in my goal pic, steroid free - If it's the last thing I do!

1 week since my last picture update, here's a new one! I actually dig this picture, I look evil in it. Reminds me of a vampire or something.

Do you really want the definition of the guy in that pic? It's not that I think gettin their roid free's impossible, it would be for me, but you've clearly got the genetics that'd make that possible. But that dude will ave starved himself of fluid and tanned to add deff too, you'll never get that ripped unless you reduce your fat and fluid levels dangerously low and you don't look like the kinda guy that'll take a tan like that either.

But size-wise, it looks like you're well on your way mate.

Lots of good points Shirley! This summer I'll have to put some of that bronzing stuff on to get a tan like that, it's true. It's not natural, but it's a goal i set for my self so I have to do everything I can to reach it.

I'm pretty confident I can get to that guys size, but you're right about the definition. That'll be the tough part. It'd take an insanely strict diet, and daily jogging to achieve anywhere near that.

The definition's comin in there man, lookin sharp.

I've been off the gym for a week, went to visit some friends at uni and the festivities went on longer than planned, prolly dropped a few pounds. I've gained over a stone since I started though, progress is goin quicker than I'd predicted.

Ows the dietin goin, you findin it tough? I'm still bulkin and makin an utter glutten of meself, it's fantastic
