I'm currently 5'10" and 170lbs. After stepping on the scale a minute ago I realized that I'm gettin fuckin fat, considering I was at 155 last summer.
My diets mostly been consisting of cereal, toast, for breakfast. Usually a Healthy Choice frozen dinner or some chunky soup for lunch and piging out for dinner. I also drink alot of beer which I know fucks you up. I think I just might have to stop drinkin all together
I recently started doing pushups, situps, pullups at home but I think I'm going to start working out at school once the semester starts in 2 weeks
