New Year new me! I'm dedicated improving myself this year in each and every way possible. Why not start by working out more often

I'm currently 5'10" and 170lbs. After stepping on the scale a minute ago I realized that I'm gettin fuckin fat, considering I was at 155 last summer.

My diets mostly been consisting of cereal, toast, for breakfast. Usually a Healthy Choice frozen dinner or some chunky soup for lunch and piging out for dinner. I also drink alot of beer which I know fucks you up. I think I just might have to stop drinkin all together

I recently started doing pushups, situps, pullups at home but I think I'm going to start working out at school once the semester starts in 2 weeks

It took me awhile to find the camera on the first picture that's a tricky spot

looks like all you have to do is cut and you'll look bigger, but i hope you reach your goal

Fuuuuck, is that real? Nah it can't be. It's not right is it.

My challenge is to GAIN weight. Plenty weight trainin and a better diet. Not really that arsed tbh but would be decent to be a bit bigger like.

Bodybuilding.Com has a lot of potential work out routines! I'm trying to get a hot body, too. I just started a week ago, but my Portacath was removed from my chest (it's a device that is installed into your chest and tip of your heart, to allow chemo to enter the blood) so I'm gonna have to wait a week. Let's keep each other updated with our progress. I look like a typical 5 ft 8 guy who has 10 lbs of fat too much and is not particularly athletic.

Today I looked ay myself in the mirror and said HOLY SHIT! I totally noticed a difference, I've still be eating like shit but working out regularly 2-3 times a week. Anyway I'll let the pics speak for themselves

Know what, I haven't trained in 2 weeks now, so my pump is gone. Would be fun to place some before and after pics today before working out and after :)

3 months later... time for more updates

It's weird cuz I'm still at 170lbs +- 5lbs depending on time of day.

Alot of people have noticed a difference including myself lol. I think I'm going to try something like the P90x program.

Anyway I'll let the pics speak for themselves.

Looks great! RIght now I think you might want to do more chest & abbs. THe arms are big enough :)

For me it's the oposite.. can't get my arms to grow really and my chest & abs are better.

You have absolutely come a long way, so congrats on that. But if there is every a chance that you're going to get laid or be someplace topless you HAVE GOT TO FUCKING SHAVE your chest. I'm sorry but for some chicks hair is a turn off, and almost for no chicks is hair a deal breaker. On top of that it makes your chest look better.

haha its been in the single digits all week here so no shaving the chest for me... I prefer trimming it with a clipper then going completely hairless.
