
First picture my arm was moving, so it' a little fuzzy - but it's a tricep flex. The second picture is unflexed except for abs, a the third picture (yes I'm wearing a wig, i was trying a bunch on for my Halloween costume and forgot to take it off for the pic) anyway, in this picture it's from the side unflexed.
I have been on and off with working out, not as hard as I would have liked to have been going. But you can still see definite improvements here. If you look at my goal picture in the first post, I'm slowly moving my way towards it.
