I found these two pictures on my computer, to further display exactly what I'm talking about for any disbelievers out there.

You tell me, which guy would a girl rather be with?

Image

This is me about 9 months into working out. I was 15 at this time, the me in the first pic has never kissed a girl in his life. I literally went from never kissing a girl, to having girls FIGHTING over me. Obviously being that young I didn't know what to do with my new power, so I messed up royally and got stuck in what seemed to be a never ending relationship which produced a child, but that's another story.

Not only did working out give me a nicer physique, it also changed my face! It gave me a thicker neck, and thicker jowls, this made my face more attractive since I didn't look all scrawny anymore. Of course, it also greatly improved my posture. The amount of passive value working out gives you is insane, I can't state this enough.

Fuck man, you did that in just over 6 months? ROIIIIIIDS :-P

I've been workin out again recently, a gym membership would be killer mind cos there's not much space in me room these days and I need to make sure I get enough to eat and enough sleep cos that's obv very important. I'm hopin to gain a good stone at least though, see ow it goes, don't reckon it should be too difficult, I just need to slow down me metabolism.

One thing that you definitely notice after just a few months of working out, is that yes the way your face looks does change. At least that was the case when i was still doing my workouts. When I had a regular routine, aside from having a lean body, i noticed that my face always had that "chiseled" look to it, if you know what i mean.

Hey guys just found out this for bodybuilding, flexibility, endurance using NO WEIGHTS... but your body!

Thats right ;) The only other things required are :

Chairs (max 3)
Chinning bar ( you can make yourself one its explained )
Table
You ( you are youre own weight )

The book includes 13 levels of training from 0 to HERO (hehe TYVM Coxwell)
Also includes detailed pictures and texts for each bodybuilding exercises (110 in all)
Same detailed infos for each flexibility exercises
Includes detailed nutrition plan, either to gain mass (thin ppl), maintain mass (normal athletic ppl) or lose weight (fat ppl).
And pointers for the endurance exercises, but you wil need to find what you like to do (skipping rope, running, stat. bike, w/e)

The only BAD thing about this book, and I tried so hard to find how to solve this issue... Is that the book is only in french :( (hi-5 for bilingual pplz hehe) But I'm currently speaking with the author about having this translated AT LEAST in english... we'll see what he thinks of this... Maybe someone already did this in english but i never came close to books that gave exercises using only your own weight ...

Anyway for curious ppl you can find the web version here (in french)

Hope you like if you understand it ;)
