Gain Muscle!

I've tried loads of different workout methods for gaining muscle and this one is by far the best. It is also highly recommended by 200Ib+ bodybuilders. If there ever was a perfect workout routine, this would be it.

Obviously you need a good diet, clean calories, plenty of carbs and protein. Multivitamins and omega capsules. I also take whey protein and weight gainer to supplement my diet (you should be getting most of your nutrition from your diet, supplements are there to do just that, supplement your already healthy diet). Eat like a monster! (But don't eat shite)

I hit a plateau and this method blasted through it and is still rocketing my gains. Methods completely free btw.

Its not that complicated. Using compound exercises yield greater gains and olympic lifts are perfect for gaining mucle, I also forgot to mention you'll be getting stronger every week!

depends on your body type which workout works best for you. As of right now im using one that is meant for my body type: Ectomorph. Just search for Scrawny to Brawny in google and you'll find the book im using. It actually has worked and im constantly getting comments at parties at how nice my body is.

Oh ectomorph in short is a tall skinny person that is normally called a hard gainer, even though there really isn't one.

That routine is perfect for gaining strength and muscle mass no matter what body type you are.
